Our Safeguru Germany business is looking to recruit a Digital Marketing Executive who will play a key role in the development of our UK customer client base and market share.

Safeguru are a B2B ECommerce business specialising in industrial safety products, personal protective equipment and a leading provider of health and safety digital content.

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyse data across multiple channels.

**What We Would Like You to Bring to Our Team**:
**Improve the ecommerce formula**:
Increase website visitors.
Increase CR% (conversion rate).
Increase AOV (average order value).
Increase Cross-selling.
Increase APFR (average purchase frequency rate).
Improve B2B revenue.
Improve MQL nurturing processes (Marketing qualified leads).
Analysing results, executing continuous A/B testing (split testing), and optimizing campaigns.
Create SOP's that ensure best practices in lead generation, recurrency, churn prevention and hacks customer growth.
Linking SEO/SEM, analytics, and max campaign optimization. (Search Engine Optimization / Search Engine Marketing).
Campaign project management.
Coordinating tasks and cooperating with sales team to improve pipeline win rate.
