**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist guests during late check-ins and early check-outs.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Set up and maintain accurate accounts for guests, including payments and preferences.
- Ensure the total cash takings balance with the PMS settlements report and complete banking procedures.
- Perform at least two security checks per shift, focusing on safety, fire, and security measures.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest and hotel information.
- Comply with health, safety, and emergency procedures, including logging incidents and near misses.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role at 4 or 5 stars hotels.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using PMS systems and handling financial transactions.
- Availability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Availability to start on september.
