The Hub Delivery product allows local small businesses to partner with Amazon to provide flexible and cost-effective delivery service to delight customers globally. This is an emerging Amazon Logistics (AMZL) delivery channel on an exponential growth trajectory.

The Product Manager, Partner Lifecycle will build and drive the Partner facing roadmap for successful expansion of Hub Delivery in EU. As part of this team, you will regularly interact with executive leadership and work with operations, business WW Hub Delivery Product team to define feature strategy, develop the product and features roadmap, technology and execution. You will work in a fast paced environment and will be required to lead not only at the strategic level, but also tactically day-to-day by diving deeply into business and technical domains.

Key job responsibilities
- Create product/feature roadmaps and influencing leadership to get them resourced.
- Collaborate in Business Requirement Documents working with i) EU Business teams to properly capture and document business requirements, and ii) WW Hub Delivery Product team to ensure smooth and on-time execution
- Manage creation, maintenance, and prioritization of product development phasing and backlog, including requirement grooming
- Prioritize key development efforts and timelines with technical resources to ensure short-term and long-term goals are met.
- Own post-launch maintenance and performance tracking of products/features launched across EU.
- Ensure that product visions are innovative, scalable, and future-proofed to meet both current and future user needs across EU jurisdiction
