Mission

Manages and Leads Business Intelligence projects according to Business Intelligence Manager, offering innovative solutions with the objective of process optimization

Main Accountabilities
- Analyse business processes and gather relevant requirements to propose new processes designs.
- Definition and implementation of Business Intelligence solutions supporting internal clients on their business objectives and decision making processes (design of Scorecards and Dashboards, KPIs and metrics implementation ).
- Support effective change management in process/tools implementation, develop communication material and provide training when required.
- Administrate the infrastructure needed to successfully implement process improvement initiatives (tools, reports, modes )
- Build and facilitate reporting on process efficiency, compliance, and other key metrics.
- Prepare presentations for management, conferences, and internal management meetings.
- Support BPE Director in corporate initiatives, provide advisory support to other departments and perform other special projects and tasks as required.

Required Profile
- **ACADEMIC LEVEL**

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics or economics. Studies in data analytics & management will be considered.
- **REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**

3-6 years of work experience in consulting, business intelligence or data analytics/science.
- **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE**
- Proficient with relational databases (SQL).
- Proficient with Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Experienced with Power BI (ability to analyse data and prepare reports).
- Familiarity with a modern programming language (R and/or C) and some prior programming experience as well as knwoledge in SAS will be an advantage
- **LANGUAGES**
- Full proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
