Position Purpose
The Trade E-commerce Manager is responsible to accelerate e-commerce business in Iberia. He/ She will be responsible for Trade of online channel and content (D2C) that will be delivered and implemented in eretailers. He /She will be working very close with the team of eKAMs and key stakeholders from Sales, Brand & eCommerce Global team.
Major tasks and responsibilities of position
- The Trade E-commerce Manager (TEM) is responsible to set the right strategy on promotional for Amazon and all e-retailers in Spain and Portugal
- He/ She is responsible to analyse performance and profitability of all e-commerce promotional activities and take adjustments.
- He/ She is responsible for establishing the reallocation of sample between customers.
- He/She is also is responsible to set the right strategy on assortment for Amazon and all e-retailers in Spain and Portugal and define and develop exclusive skus by customer
- He/ She is also responsible to define the content strategy,npd development content in all e-retailers,upload content in EDAM and implement Best practices on PDP and brand store, A+content
- He/She is responsible for developing and Executing the “Buy Now” project with all eretailers, defining the strategic portfolio for the channel, ensuring the right category Navigation & taxonomy and optimizing the retailer search by reviewing all the Top e-commerce skus and ensuring the SOS
- He/She is responsible for optimizing the Kpis of e-commerce by using Digital Shelf Health (Profitero) and others Kpis analysis of all activities done in e-retailers, and propose improvements and follow up implementations
- He/She is responsible to manage total P&I of E-commerce retailers.
- He/She is responsible for delivering against the financial commitments of e-commerce, as stated in the Budget together with the eKAMs.
- He/She is also responsible for the execution of global initiatives, Project management project(PIM), eMerchandising services and responsible for Portfolio improvement projects and local implementation: Cheetah Project
- He/She is responsible for finding and executing digital solutions to approach shoppers and find synergies globally to be implemented in Iberia.
- He/She interacts with most of the areas in the organization, as well as external partners, to ensure that appropriate resources are devoted to the channel.
- Qualifications (Education, skills, experiences and personal characteristics necessary for success
in this position)
- Education: University degree, Preference for Business and/or Marketing related fields
- Experience: At least 4 years’ experience in Consumer Marketing + 1 year of Experience in B2B Digital Marketing or eCommerce in FMCG is valued. and Sales Experience as a must.
- Creative & proactive person, as well as customer focus and analytical skills.
- Can work independently under pressure and capable of delivering commitments
- Strong inter-personal and communication skill, able to persuade and influence others through personal credibility and assertiveness (influencing without hierarchical authority).
- Strength in problem solving, ability to handle multiple and complex tasks simultaneously, to set priorities and allocate resources as required and influence results
- Ambitious and self-motivated
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capability to adapt to audience specifics.
- Fluent in Spanish & English required
- Financial understanding and P&L literacy
