We are looking for Product Team Leaders who have:

- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management
- At least 3 years of experience leading product owners in an Agile Product Management environment
- Strong analytical skills with supporting examples of using data to make informed decisions
- Sound technical background, able to work with diverse product teams composed of colleagues from product, engineering, data and analytics and UX practices.
- Experience guiding product teams to define digital product needs across desirability, feasibility and viability that inspire and demonstrate what can be achieved.
- Proven experience building and gaining consensus on products strategies and roadmaps
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and are flexible with changing priorities and business needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills and can proactively build strong relationships and drive alignment between cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver maximum impact to our customers
- Ideally, product management experience with digital products in a physical retail environment

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US

We are seeking a Product Team Lead to own the area of Find and lead a team of Product Owners that are building products directly impacting millions of customers who visit us in stores across the globe.

As part of your role, you will help define the digital vision, strategy & roadmap for Find to bring our store’s digital experiences to the next level. You will help the product teams prioritize, coordinate, and manage the development and deployment of innovative digital products as well as ensure that the developments stay aligned with the set-out business goals and OKRs.

You are a people-centric leader who is passionate about building, leading, and inspiring high performing product teams. Caring for their professional growth and personal well-being, you can motivate and steer product teams and are known as a leader people want to work for and with.

The Physical Meeting Points domain covers the wide range of experiences and platforms that our co-workers use to support the customer’s shopping journey in IKEA stores as well as the digital products our customer’s use during their visit. This includes customer and co-worker experiences that we create with resources inside and outside of your own domain span. It includes all channels and everything from customer facing channels down to operational platforms that keep our company running.

Reporting to the Product Manager, you will:

- Manage a team of Product Owners to leverage customer insights and retail knowledge in the company to create high quality products
- Set the Product Strategy across your product area focused on helping customers identify and find the products they are looking for
- Quantify customer needs and business opportunities with quantitative and qualitative research
- Help the team effectively prioritize the work and ensure that the delivery of outcomes meets teobjectives and customer needs
- Define Objectives and Key Results across functional product teams and give visibility of progress to stakeholders
- Communicate and orchestrate stakeholders, transparently prioritizing based on expected impact and initiatives to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Have a product mindset and create an agile way of working with the product teams to continuously improve the delivery phase

This role is based in our new digital hub in Madrid, Spain
