Salesforce Administrator

**What this role is all about**:
We recently received our Series A funding from Leeds Illuminate, and we’re now hiring for a Salesforce Admin to support Product School’s growth.

You will join a company where our Product is beloved by customers; check out our reviews on Course Report, Yelp, and Quora. You are joining at a time when we have established an incredible product with a strong product-market fit, and we need you to help supercharge our momentum to accelerate our growth.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be our go-to admin owning:

- Efforts on maintenance and improvements
- Developments that do not necessarily need code to implement it
- Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Licensing, flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Understand functional requirements and be able to do end-to-end testing

- You have experience working with development teams
- Can understand the logic developed
- Understand functional requirements and be able to do end-to-end testing
- You can take a QA approach to implementation and maintenance
- You can monitor and proactively improve user adoption
- Train new users and create training materials
