**Funciones**:
- Comunicarte con los clientes por teléfono, chat y correo electrónico
- Rastrear y seguir los casos para asegurarte de que se cerraron de manera eficiente y oportuna
- Mantener una alta satisfacción del cliente, representando una marca importante
- Proporcionar y mantener relaciones sólidas y profesionales con todos los socios y mostrar empatía en todo momento
- Trabajar para alcanzar los objetivos establecidos por la declaración del trabajo del cliente, así como los objetivos internos.
**Requisitos**:
- Fluidez en español
- Muy buenas habilidades de comunicación en inglés
- Habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación excepcionales, así como habilidades para resolver problemas
- Conocimientos informáticos

- Ser resolutivo, capaz de realizar múltiples tareas
