**Key Responsibilities**
- Acting as a liaison between Zoho and its channel partners - building, maintaining and managing long-term relationships with current and prospective partners, for the assigned territory
- Playing a vital role in the revenue growth of Zoho’s channel partner organisations, and serving as the key point of contact for channel partners, distributing Zoho’s sales and technical resources to help partners grow revenue.
- Understanding the partner’s business; helping to overcome any pain points in selling and implementation
- Providing responses to Partners’ inquiries; troubleshooting support issues
- Tracking business goals and revenue metrics for each partner
**Requirements**:
- Knowing sales and loving technology; having the desire to learn, understand and solve the partners needs
- Sales experience with cloud business software, coming from an international setup, is highly preferred
- Fluency in English is mandatory; any additional European language(s), such as Italian or Eastern European languages is an advantage
