**About the role**:
We are looking for a Brand Strategy Director to join our Madrid studio. The Strategy team at Design Bridge and Partners sees its role in pushing brand strategy to the next level by leading the development of solutions that make a real difference to our clients' businesses. As a key senior member of the Strategy team, you will report directly to the Head of Strategy and be responsible for leading and developing client projects, as well as enhancing team capabilities. You will play a crucial role in fostering a positive team culture and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
**About you**:
You will have extensive experience in branding and be able to lead strategic processes, building clear strategic solutions for branding projects, and offering a fresh interpretation of the client challenge, building and managing long term relationships.You will set the strategic vision and obtain stakeholder buy-in, identifying opportunities for growth and building proposals with team leads. Additionally, you will lead (in collaboration with a Creative) the translation of analytical/critical strategic thinking and concepts to creative concepts and output (across brand definitions, comms concepts & messaging, brand identities, brand experiences and consumer packaging).
Also, you will be familiar leading other team members to build consensus around new narratives and directions to arrive at unique and tailored recommendations and help manage the time of senior strategists/strategists on their projects effectively. You will coach and mentor other strategy team members, ensuring continued learning and responsibility and you will be confident taking a leadership role across multiple types of relationships and categories including new business.
You must be fluent in both Spanish and English.
