**Responsibilities**:

- Increase and improve the institutional presence of the company in the different levels of the health system, from C-Suite level hospitals to regional and national healthcare authorities.
- Consolidate the GA&P team in its work of research, knowledge and evaluation of the objectives of the different regional and national governments in health matters, as well as the evaluation of their adequacy to the company's interests.
- Legitimizing the company's activity, defending its interests before the regulatory authority, trying to include them in the different policies.
- Develop a solid knowledge of the regulatory framework that allows him/her to anticipate and visualize how national and European policies affect the company's interests, recommending actions and initiatives to ensure that these interests are preserved.
- Understand the different European health initiatives and see their applicability to the company's interests.
- Develop a matrix structure of maximum collaboration between all departments of the company for the development of multidisciplinary projects and always in an ethical environment and in compliance with the principles of the J&J Credo.

**Main functions and tasks**:

- In collaboration with the Medical Affairs, HEMA and Strategic Solutions teams, understand the different strategic plans of the different pathologies/specialties/scientific societies and see their applicability for the company's interests.
- Collaboration in the generation, expansion and ongoing maintenance of healthcare network.
- Maintain internal relationships with GA&P J&J EMEA and Global, aligning strategic plans and supporting the development of joint projects.
- Finding synergies with the other departments, particularly with Strat Sol, MAF, HEMA, COMM and the different franchises.
- Cooperation with relevant institutions and associations in the sector.
- Development of strategic projects / Position papers.
- Representing the company at national and international level in the different GA forums (influencing capacity).
- Proactive information and responsiveness to internal questions regarding national and European health policy issues.
- Management, together with COMM, of the company's external communication in terms of messaging and representation.
- Observation and analysis of legal and health policy developments and their relevance for the company.
- Analysis and proposal of Implementation and project management of health policies.

**Qualifications**

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree preferably in Health Sciences.
- Master's degree in Economics, Health Economics, Public Health, Political Science or other relevant courses related to the responsibility to be assumed and the sector.
- Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
- Strong process and project management skills.
- Experience in a similar position, with projects responsibility, higher than 5 years.
- Experience in health policy environment / health policy institutions would be an asset.
