The main goal of this role is to lead the transition of services for Business Products at Vodafone during the divestment of Vodafone Spain. As a Senior Portfolio Manager, you will collaborate closely with both group and local Spanish business product teams to comprehend the portfolio slated for transition to the new company via the 'Transition of Services Agreements' (TSA’s). Our primary objective is to ensure a seamless and uninterrupted transition by working in tandem with Vodafone Group product, Vodafone procurement, and local product teams.

Key responsibilities include:

- Oversee the successful continuity of the VF Business Products under the Transition Service Agreement (TSA).
- Manage the relationship with relevant key stakeholders within Vodafone Group Business and Vodafone Spain.
- To be the on-going focal point and liaison between Vodafone Spain products and Vodafone Group products for the duration of the transition period.
- Align closely with Vodafone Procurement Company in order to understand vendor requirements.
- Run Governance of all Business TSAs that include: Unified Communications, Cyber Security, Cloud Services, SaaS Services, etc.
- Lead on migration planning for Business Products on behalf of Vodafone Group.
- Work closely with broader divestment and transition teams as part of the wider governance.

What you bring:

- Highly experienced B2B product manager with a preferred background in Telecoms and/or IT.
- Depth of experience in new product development and product lifecycle management.
- A team player with good project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness & understanding.
- Advanced level of Spanish and English
