**About us**
**About you**
As an experienced** Machine Learning Engineer,** you will proactively develop advanced AI solutions, be in charge of selecting, customizing and LLM, build and maintaining ML models in production, orchestrate APIs to deliver scalable and high-performance systems and implement automated testing frameworks to ensure a robust model performance.
Also, you will use your expertise in model evaluation, optimization, and deployment while always keeping in mind the best practices in MLOps you will design innovative AI Solutions using LLM to build STT (Speech-to-Text) and TTS (Text-to-Speech) products.
As an experienced team member, you will be supporting and mentoring other team members using your technical expertise to solve complex challenges bringing innovative solutions.
**What you’ll need**:
- At least 3 years of experience in training ML models.
- Hands-on with LLMs independently, for STT, and TSS.
- Experience with AI cloud platforms (e.g., SageMaker, Azure ML) for deploying ML models.
- Strong command of evaluation metrics (e.g., accuracy, F1 score) and testing practices.
- Proficient in Python for scripting and developing APIs with FastAPI.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
**Nice to have**:
- Experience with third parties models in AWS or Azure.
**Special requirement**
For this position you must be a holder of a valid working permit for Spain (or EU passport) and be available to work full-time onsite.
