La división de Building & Places de AECOM España está buscando un/a Arquitecto/a Técnico, con conocimientos de BIM para nuestra oficina en Madrid.

**Las responsabilidades del puesto incluyen**:
Extracción de cantidades de modelos Revit y elaboración de medicionesMantener el control de la información de los modelos, siguiendo una estrategia de codificación de familias Revit.

Actualizar la información de forma periódica según el avance del proyecto.

Estrecha colaboración con otros equipos y disciplinas, para llevar a cabo las responsabilidades del rol.

Crear presupuestos usando bases de precios y otras fuentes como información de proveedores.

Producción de especificaciones de materiales y sistemas constructivos en distintos formatos, según el proyecto.

Producción de los distintos documentos técnicos necesarios para completar el paquete final de diseño.

Trabajar con autonomía y de forma proactiva, buscando la información necesaria para un buen desempeño en el rol.

Buscamos contratar a una persona que aporte una titulación universitaria en Arquitectura o Ingeniería de la Edificación, y entre 5 y 10 años de experiência en puestos similares.

Inglés fluido escrito y hablado (mínimo nível B2 de Universidad de Cambridge). Se valorará muy positivamente un tercer idioma europeo.

Conocimiento del software Autodesk Revit, BIM360, Presto, Cost It. Otras herramientas de Software valorables: MS Project, Primavera, Navisworks.

Experiência en extracción de cantidades de modelos BIM.

Excelente habilidad de comunicación y de trabajo en equipos multidisciplinar.

Conocimiento de los estándares internacionales de WBS.
