**Your role**

We are looking for a dynamic and quick-learning person with a curious mindset to join the Consumer Insights team in Affinity Petcare as a Trainee. The main objective of this department is to provide relevant and useful consumer understanding to the Marketing team to maximize our results and minimize the decision-making risk.

**What will you do**
- Collaborate in all the processes of ad-hoc research from briefing to results and recommendations together with the Consumer & Shopper Insights Manager.
- Support providing relevant reports & analyses based on market data gathered from different tools & countries (Nielsen & IRI, Consumer panel data...)
- Responsible for the update of Brand communication tracking
- Elaboration of Market & Consumer reports, providing relevant information to the team
- Analyse market data, and results of quantitative and qualitative surveys, make synthesis and recommendations

**What we're looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar
- You can sign an internship agreement with your school
- Excellent level of English and Spanish. Other languages such as Italian, French, or Portuguese will be highly valued
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Proactivity, energy and adaptability to change
- Ability to work in teams and communication skills
- Curiosity & high learning capacity
- You can sign an internship agreement with your school.
