**Her/his mission includes executing and supporting the further development of the Post Transactional Monitoring Program and Analysis Program. This role will include the performance of the following tasks**:
- **Follow the Analysis Program and reach the targets provided**:
- **Hands on, the Compliance Analyst spend 75% of its time conducting actual AML-FT/Fraud investigations.**:
- **Providing timely feed-back about the Analysis Program; deliver Post Transactional Analysis, Special Investigations and Agent’s Pre-Audit Analysis reports.**:
- **Improve the Company’s Process regarding Post Transactional, Special Investigation, Correspondent and Agent’s Pre-Audit Analysis.**:
- **Centralize, formalize and report Key Performance Indicators.**:
- **Suggest new leads and trends for potential investigations.**
- **Qualifications
1+ years of experience in compliance analysis or analytic roles.
Very literate in IT with excellent commands in Excel (dynamic tables, macro ). A good understanding of Power BI is a plus.
Ideally a Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Economy or a Bachelor completed with comparable experiences allowing the resource to be autonomous and self-containing using quantitative methodologies and analysis tools.
A previous work experience as Analyst in a similar environment.
Experience/knowledge of Anti Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing and/or Fraud issues in a financial institution desirable.
Good professional commands in English.
Excellent communications skills.
Ability to work in teams and to multitask.
Target oriented. Analytical and focused person with excellent attention to detail.
