Working with a fast-paced, complex and innovative team, you’ll analyse sales and eCommerce data across our customer portfolio. You’ll:
- Provide insights at a customer, country, eCommerce or Health category level
- Find insights that give a deeper understanding of our customers wants and needs - and you’ll help us take advantage of the opportunities accordingly
- Ensure consistency of reporting and track results
- Help prioritise and shape the category growth stories. Globally.
**Summary of Responsibilities**
Reporting to the head of eCommerce Health & Nutrition, the role aims to consolidate relevant business insights and data (market analysis, sell in, profitability, conversion ), and translate them into business reports / dashboards that can lead the team to understand better the performance and take fact-based decisions.
- Consolidate internal sell in detail by customer / brand
- Consolidate sell out and market shares from all e-customers
- Tracking of key eCommerce performance indicators: Glance views, CTR, average Price per transaction, Repeat Rate. By Brand / by period / by campaign.
- Consolidate customers Must Stock Lists
- Create & Update internal catalogue with all relevant codes. Inform on out of stocks to the KAMs.
- Provide support to KAMs in placing orders for some customers
- Management of channel adhoc innovation launches (consolidate forecasts, internal launch procedure, follow up on status / timings...)
**Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar position will be valued
- Strong analytic skills and outstanding Excel Management.
- Languages required: Fluency in English and Spanish. (mandatory)
