The Junior Talent & Careers Associate for the Legal Sector supports the creation and execution of strategies to open new international and national opportunities for legal roles. This position reports to the Talent & Careers Department and collaborates with other IE Departments as needed.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as Junior Manager**will involve**:

- Assist in generating new agreements of collaboration between IE and international/national law firms and/or companies.
- Support the identification of growth areas, market trends, and potential partnerships to enhance legal talent acquisition.
- Help leverage connections to create job placement opportunities.
- Work with career advisors to understand student profiles and facilitate communication between clients and students.
- Assist in coordinating on-campus and off-campus events, company presentations, HR events, panel discussions, global agreements, cross-selling with other IE departments, and online publications.
- Track and report on progress toward goals and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Track data collection in the systems and support the team during their presentations.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should have**:

- Knowledge and experience in the legal sector are a must.
- Presentation & Powerpoint Presentation skills are a must.
- Legal background is desirable.
- Master’s degree from a prestigious university.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in teams and a client-focused mentality.
- Comfortable interacting with students and clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and use resources efficiently.
