Key Responsibilities - Provide functional support to API projects across Corporate & Investment Banking. - Participate in API design, validation, and acceptance processes. - Ensure APIs comply with established governance and functional standards. - Translate business needs into clear functional API requirements. - Perform functional reviews prior to production release. - Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders. - Support issue resolution and clarify functional specifications. - Contribute to continuous improvement of API governance practices. **Qualifications**: Experience - 10+ years in Corporate & Investment Banking (Markets, Banking, GTB, PPT). - Senior Business Analyst or Functional Specialist experience in complex environments. - Exposure to API initiatives (design, validation, acceptance). - Intermediate Corporate Banking knowledge. - Basic experience with API Designer tools. **Skills**: - Strong understanding of CIB products and processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset. - Conflict resolution and stakeholder management. - Strong time management and teamwork abilities. - Professional proficiency in English (minimum B2) and Spanish.
