En dependencia del Director de Planta se encargará de liderar los trabajos de mantenimiento tanto preventivo, correctivo como predictivo de la planta buscando la eficiencia de coste y de tiempo.

**Funciones**:

- Planificar los trabajos de mantenimiento mecánico y eléctrico preventivo de toda la maquinaria e instalaciones del centro.
- Distribuir los trabajos de mantenimiento entre el personal a su cargo.
- Controlar los stocks de materiales / útiles necesarios para el trabajo a realizar por su equipo.
- Coordinar e implementar los proyectos de nuevas instalaciones o inversiones en la planta.
- Liderar las acciones de mantenimiento correctivo.
- Desarrollar y motivar a su equipo formándoles en aquellos aspectos prácticos de interés, así como promover formaciones técnicas que correspondan.
- Conseguir el cumplimiento de los objetivos asignados a mantenimiento tales como, el cumplimiento de presupuesto, reducción de paradas técnicas, etc.
- Colaborar en los objetivos generales de la planta con el resto de los jefes de departamento o área.
- Participar de forma activa y coordinada con el Responsable de Seguridad en la Investigación de accidentes ocurridos en su área.
- Respetar y hacer respetar las normas de seguridad y medioambiente de la planta. Aceptar un compromiso proactivo con el marco HSE del grupo.

**Requisitos**:

- Estudios mínimos: Ingeniería o titulación universitaria similar
- Experiência de al menos 5 años en puesto de responsabilidad con personal a cargo
- Imprescindible residente en Provincia Tarragona
- Disponibilidad para viajar

Idiomas requeridos:

- Inglés - Nível Avanzado
- Conocimientos necesarios:

- Autómatas programables
- Programas de gestión de mantenimiento
