Community Manager

As the **Community Manager - Italy**, you will report to the Italy Brand Manager and will be based in Barcelona. You will build a link with our community, ensuring that anything we ship embodies a Player-First mindset, managing programs and creating campaigns that are celebrated by our community of players. To achieve that, you'll surround yourself with outstanding partners and agencies to help you accomplish that mission.

**Responsibilities**
- Be the local community ambassador, build direct lines of communication, conversations and engagement with players, ensuring they have a voice so that campaigns are adapted to their needs.
- Support the regional and local Brand team to tailor and enhance all major game beats.
- Guide the local strategy for direct-to-player communications in our games to create a consistent experience for Riot fans.
- Monitor and report local player sentiment to help guide present and future campaign strategy.
- Respond to the shifting needs of our community as they develop, raising emergent issues with the team and tackling them by developing projects.
- Continue building and improving our existing Creator program.
- Discover new creators within our community and build long lasting and productive relationships while maintaining the existing ones.
- Work with teams and partners to bring holistic community-focused initiatives that are loved by our players.

**Required qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience working in online communities, including digital marketing, influencer strategy, programs development and community activations execution.
- Knowledge of community best practices, including communication strategies and partnerships with creators.
- Experience in crisis management and sensitive communications.
- Solid experience developing custom community activations.
- It is required to have native italian, and an excellent level of english.
- Passionate about more than one of our games (LoL, VALORANT, WR, TFT or LoR) and its respective game genres and connected to their communities, in-game language and most recent memes.
