The Appgrowth team is looking for a **Director of Engineering.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Continuously define initiatives, build and maintain the Product roadmap to support business goals.
- Designing the Engineering strategy to align with the company's product and business goals.
- Managing platform stability to minimize downtime and ensure the company's business continuity.
- Guiding the product development and innovation processes to drive growth and success for the company.
- Implementing effective cost management strategies to optimize technical expenses and drive business growth.
- Measuring product and technical teams' performance and success using key business metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with technology partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure the company has access to the latest technology and innovations.
- Building and managing high-performing product and engineering teams by recruiting, training, and developing top talent.
- Serving as a liaison between the technical and business teams to ensure a shared understanding of goals, timelines, and resource needs.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of professional experience.
- Good level of English.
- Deep understanding of data processing and management.
- Highly technical software engineering background with a hands-on leadership style.
- Proven track record of successfully building software products.
- Ability to mentor and lead technical talent.
- Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment and able to shift requirements.
- Based in Barcelona, Spain or ready for relocation.
