**Product Performance Associate (Data & Analytics) - Madrid, Spain**

In this unique role for the new pan-European Ecosystem you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our digital banking product by tracking and analyzing performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product optimization.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Using a wide range of data, you will be identifying trends and insights to inform product optimization and growth strategies.
- You will collaborate with Product Management Team to establish performance metrics and KPIs for our digital banking product.
- You will work with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and technology, to identify and prioritize product improvements and enhancements.
- You will conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- You will communicate product performance insights and recommendations to key stakeholders and partners, and you will have an active role in the product reporting cycles.

**Role Requirements**
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to inform decision-making.
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills and the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience with agile working methodologies is desirable along with strong digital analytical skills.
- You demonstrate experience with mobile and web tools, and experience in digital banking propositions, market trends, and the competitve landscape.
- A strong academic background including qualifications (or equivalence in experience) in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Technology, or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish are essential and all other language skills are welcomed.
