Now, let's discuss this role and what you will do to help achieve Fever's mission.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Plan, execute, and monitor IT-related projects, including scope, budget, resource allocation, and timelines, and oversee the successful execution of the projects from initiation to closure. These projects will be mainly focused on Google Workspace
- Detect areas that can be improved in order to be more efficient or can benefit the rest of the Fever family and design projects that will achieve those improvements.
- Control and monitor the use and budget of Fever main tools (IT Tools, Adobe, Google projects and other similar tools).
- Provide regular updates to management on IT operations, projects, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- 2/3+ years of proven experience in IT operations, with a focus on project management, and cloud environment management.
- Deep knowledge of Google Workspace, experience with other similar environments would be a plus.
- Fluent English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- You'll be solution-focused, identifying problem areas and then creating plans to find resolutions
- You'll have strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships
- Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
