We are looking for a Junior Finance to join our Finance Department.
The Junior Finance will be responsible for preparing accounting closures for Spain, being in charge of the accounting administration and controlling banking and financial data.
On top of these core duties, the Junior Finance will participate in various project relating to Finance.
**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**
- Preparation of accounting closures for Spain
- Control and follow-up of all supplier invoices
- VAT control for Spain
- Cost analysis and control
- Bank account control
- Control of expenses such as employee expenses, Sales expenses etc.
- Participate in Finance projects
**Professional experience and skills**
- Degree in economics, business administration or similar degrees; Master's degree around Finance is also a plus
- Experience working in a financial department
- Knowledge on accounting standards would be highly considered
- Good level of Excel (pivot tables, formulas such as vlookup, sumif, conditional formatting rules, etc.)
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Knowing how to prioritise tasks
- Excellent rigor and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to communicate professionally in Spanish and in English. French is a plus.

**Salary**: 24,000.00€ - 25,000.00€ per year
