**Job Description Summary**: Tower & Foundation team within the Offshore Wind Engineering is looking for an Engineer willing to support the team in the different operational processes set-up and follow-up to ensure the internal strategy is properly put in place.

Start date: 01/09/23

Durantion: 6 months

Main responsibilities:

- Operational support on the implementation of the overall Tower & Foundation team strategy.
- Support on the implementation an overall real time visual management environment able to provide real time visibility on the progress of the different activities performed by the Tower & Foundation team (ECO status, BOM status, PAC Cases, SAFER Cases, SDRs, RFIs, ), by analyzing the existing processes, integrating the existing tools, identifying available data in the existing systems and consolidating them in an understandable format allowing People Leaders to have a more agile operational rhythm.
- Support on internal Tower & Foundation team process improvement, operational rhythm and KPI's establishment and follow-up.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Pursing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Fluent in English
- Software and programming skills
- Continuous improvement oriented
