We are hiring a** Cost Junior Analyst** who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

Are you a skilled, positive, assertive, and sociable individual who enjoys working as part of a multicultural team?

**What you will do**:

- Utilize your quantitative skills to dissect data, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance our financial performance.
- Embrace creativity and innovation as you seek out new ways to streamline processes and minimize expenses.
- Lead cost-related projects with precision and finesse, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are exceeded.
- Never settle for the status quo Continuously evaluate our cost structure and identify areas for improvement.

**What you will need**:

- Degree in Aerospace engineering, Maths, Economics or related field completed.
- No previous experience needed. Understanding of financial principles will be highly valued.
- Advanced Excel and Quantitative skills.
- High level of English. Spanish, French or Italian will be a plus.
- Team player, detail oriented and ambitious profile.
