Property Manager and Asset Manager

We are looking for a Property Manager and Asset Manager to be responsible for the management of a hotel portfolio, in addition to providing support in corporate asset management and investment issues.
- Assisting the monitoring of the implementation of contractual obligations
- Support on the Collection and reviewing ESG data consumption
- Assist on Overseeing landlord repairs and capex investments into the buildings while liaising with technical property manager
- Support on the Research on current hotel market developments across Spain
- Administrative support of the Investment Management team and the pan-European Alternative Investment Team with roles dedicated to the European Hotel Fund
- Review and support internal and external investor reporting
- Support on Contracting of repairs and maintenance works and investments; where relevant monitor the implementation and invoices
- Provide analytical support of investment opportunities into the market and in the asset
- Support insurance renewal and claims management
- Management of the Public Administration (Legal deposit)
- Financial and analytical accounting
- Invoicing rents and charges to tenants, and monitoring the obligations of the parties in the lease agreements
- Control and management of tenant debt
- Annual preparation of the Business Plan
- Prepare quarterly fund reporting - data analysis and information update
- Supporting the annual business planning process with property level input
- Review and analyse lease data
- Review rent invoicing, collection, and indexation, preparation of variable rent invoices

**The profile we are looking for**:

- Proven experience in the Real Estate industry as Financial Property Manager, Client Accountant, Asset Manager or similar
- Degree in Business Administration or similar
- Real Estate master’s degree preferable
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Knowledge of ERPs (Yardi preferable)
- Team player with excellent intercultural skills
- Analytical skills combined with hands-on business approach
- Entrepreneurial mind-set and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel and flexibility
