Sales/customer Service Coordinator

**Centro MundoLengua is a Spanish school based in the very city center of Sevilla. **We are looking for our new sales/customer service coordinator**
**Sales**:
- Help customers find the best programs for themselves and tailor programs to meet their unique needs.
- Follow-up with prospective customers to increase conversion rate.
- Cross-selling: selling activities, excursions, family homestays, and additional services to the students.
- Maintain an accurate and complete sales database.
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute special offers and marketing campaigns.
**After-sales**:
- Answer student questions (pending payments, received payments, arrivals, family homestays, access to the student portal, password reset, etc.).
- Update student portals.
- Translate materials (invoices, travel itineraries, syllabus, etc.).
- Ensure info obtained from students is communicated appropriately to the different departments (accommodation, booking, cultural, etc.).
- Issue visa invitation letters.
- Provide comprehensive arrival instructions.
- Accompany students to medical assistance and procedures.
- Student follow-up after the trip.
**Your profile**:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills: written and oral.
- Friendly personality who enjoys meeting people; capable of quickly developing a relationship of trust with school administrators, teachers, families of students, and students themselves.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent organisational / prioritising skills.
- Open-minded personality, dealing with students of different cultures and languages. Exposure to an international environment will be valued.
- Fluency in Spanish and in English, both oral and written. You should assume that the interview will be in both Spanish and English. You will also have to provide a writing sample in Spanish and English, if selected. Any additional language (particularly French or German) is a strong plus.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office suite and Google docs)
- Will be valued: bachelor's degree in sales and/or customer service orientated field.
- Ability to maintain personal information about students and their respective situations confidential.
**Job Type**: Part-time
