Actualmente estamos en búsqueda de un/a Chief Operating Officer para incorporarse de manera fija e indefinida en cliente final.

**Mision**

El responsable de producción se encarga de la gestión técnica, supervisión y control de los procesos de producción para asegurar que funcionan de forma óptima para la empresa y segura para los trabajadores.

Es la figura que planifica y prepara la operativa necesaria en el proceso productivo, organiza y realiza el seguimiento de la producción, lo que le permite determinar la carga de trabajo de los diferentes recursos disponibles.

Debe tener un conocimiento profundo y holístico del sistema de producción, de los materiales y recursos que se utilizan en él, pues debe programar y estimar de acuerdo con la capacidad productiva de la empresa.

Para este puesto de trabajo es necesario un profesional metódico, analítico y riguroso que tenga actitud resolutiva hacia los problemas. Debe tener una buena capacidad de liderazgo y es necesario que sea un buen comunicador para fomentar el trabajo en equipo y la coordinación del personal.

**Requisitos**

Estudios superiores en Electrónica de Potencia (Universitarios, Master, Doctorado).

Idiomas español y catalán altos, ingles medio.
