Reporting to Programmatic Manager you will create impact within our Paid Media team. We are one of the world's fastest-growing number of accomplished people across our expanding global network. We are leading global partners for Google and Meta. And our close relationship is growing where we are, what we do and how we deliver it. And to do this, we want to grow our skillset. We'd like you to join our journey as ONE Jellyfish.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Be the supporting role for the Programmatic Manager. In this role you will support but also gain experience in the following areas: planning, trafficking, building, optimizing, and reporting on Programmatic Display & Video campaigns
- Plan, execute & manage Display & Video Media Campaigns in the Programmatic Environment
- Optimize campaigns towards Client and Jellyfish KPIs
- Collaborate closely with Client Services & Account Directors to deliver operational excellence for our Clients
- Create analysis and insights for clients
- Learning and development as you progress in the role.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1year experience in a Paid Media Discipline an advantage (Display, Video, Social, or Search)
- Strong focus on accuracy paired with solid organizational strengths.
- Proficient in handling tasks while optimizing time and prioritizing effectively.
- Excellent data, analytical, and issue-resolution
- Exhibits strong relational skills, particularly in persuasion and attentive hearing.
- Possesses strong customer phone and face-to-face skills.
- Numerate and articulate.
- ** Analytics & Reporting -** You'll be a whizz at using data and market insights to inform decisions and develop business strategies.
- ** Process Improvement - **You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
- ** Team Collaboration - **You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
- ** Problem Solving - **When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
