**The Position**

We are looking for a Junior Analyst trainee for our Headquarters team to deep dive into business processes and analyze data to design and implement creative solutions for our business challenges. As part of our Analyst Trainee program you will be assigned to work across any of our various teams: Finance, Marketplace, People Strategy & Operations, Talent Acquisition - or others, where you'll have the chance to gain a wide range of skills and experiences. Our program is designed to give you an idea of how it is to work for real at J&T - successful trainees will be converted to Junior Analysts at the end of 6 months and be given the opportunity to rotate to a different team or department after 1 year with J&T. This will help you understand your strengths, interests, and areas where you can truly shine and make the biggest impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collecting and processing large data sets, including building SQL queries, building Excel / G-Sheets models and other reports
- Working with internal business partners to conduct ad-hoc queries and ensure their data and reporting needs are being achieved
- Becoming the expert on the data models and presenting the findings to different teams
- Proposing and implementing solutions based on your analysis
- Working with internal business partners to map and improve our current processes and systems

**You should have**:

- Engineering, Math or similar university degree; top of class
- Very strong analytical skills
- High level of skill in Excel/data analysis
- Very strong communication skills
- English C1

**Nice if you also have**:

- MA / MS
- SQL / Database knowledge
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- International experience
