**The role**:
**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead the implementation of payment network projects from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resource allocation, and budget.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, operations, compliance, and customer service, to ensure smooth implementation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners during the implementation process, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to integrate payment network solutions.
- Oversee the technical integration of payment systems, ensuring compatibility and performance.
- Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.
- Ensure all systems meet security standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project plans, progress reports, and implementation processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in the implementation of payment systems.
- Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to enhance future implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the payment industry to recommend innovative solutions

**Experience We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or relevant master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in payment systems or financial services.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex implementation projects.
- Strong project management skills with proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Excellent understanding of payment networks, systems, and industry regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
- Technical proficiency in payment processing systems and related technologies
- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish
