At Factorial we´re looking for a Video content creator and editor intern to help us take the company to the next level.

We want to develop the extremely talented people in our team, scale the company culture and evangelize our views on how Human Resources can make a difference for organizations all over the world.

What will I be doing?

Helping to establish video content strategy
Directing and filming videos
Editing the videos in accordance with the Factorial brand
Work collaboratively with different teams such as content, marketing, sales, design, PR and product to create compelling ideas for content
Making awesome, engaging content for our website, YouTube channel and other social media channels
You will create content for internal communication as part of the People team.

REQUISITOS DESEADOS

**Requirements**:
Speak fluent Spanish and English
Love creating films, videos, video shorts
Have a passion for storytelling, marketing, filming and editing and the ability to turn technical concepts into captivating videos
Be excited to lead video projects from start to finish
Be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have the ability to switch projects based on prioritization of assignments
Be Social Media savvy and familiar with YouTube, TikTok, Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook etc. and what types of content work best in each
Have the ability to work both independently with mínimal direction and collaboratively within a team
Have excellent communication and organizational abilities
Not required, but a plus:
Knowledge of the HR Industry and internal communication
