**About the Role**

The **Project & Operations Analyst** is a dual-focused operational role responsible for (1) managing end-to-end commercial operations including KYC, contracting, invoicing, and revenue operations, and (2) driving client success and carbon project coordination to support project operations under the Chief Revenue Officer.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Success**
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for buyers and project development partners, ensuring high satisfaction through onboarding, contracting, and settlement.
- Manage carbon credit issuance, registry transfers, and delivery, ensuring compliance with purchase agreements.
- Maintain HubSpot CRM records for client interactions, deal pipelines, and milestones to support client retention.

**Commercial Operations**
- Manage KYC onboarding for buyers and counterparties, ensuring compliance with global regulations and maintaining up-to-date records.
- Manage contract operations in coordination with legal.
- Oversee invoicing, payment tracking, and revenue recognition, resolving billing issues promptly.

**Carbon Project Coordination**
- Support pitch preparation by coordinating with project teams to develop proposals and commercial terms for RFPs.
- Facilitate project development by coordinating, analysis, contracting, structuring, and milestone tracking with origination and registry teams.
- Research registry standards (e.g., Verra, Puro.earth, MITECO) to ensure project compliance and alignment with client needs.
- Assist in tracking project progress and commercial deliverables, ensuring timely execution.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelors degreein business administration, finance, operations, or a related discipline; advanced coursework or certifications in carbon markets, sustainability, climate solutions, or project management is a plus.
- 2-4 years of experience in client success (e.g., account management) or commercial operations.
- Basic exposure to carbon markets or environmental science (e.g., through coursework or internships); familiarity with registries (e.g., Verra, MITECO) a plus.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, and Excel.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and project timelines.
