We’re seeking a dynamic **Marketing Associate** to play a pivotal role in our marketing team, driving content creation, event management, social media, and digital campaigns. If you're passionate about innovation and thrive in an international setting, we want to hear from you

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop presentations, blog posts, case studies, and sales resources.
- Assist in planning and executing trade shows and industry events.
- Create and manage campaigns for lead generation, employer branding, and product promotion.
- Build out our social media strategy, including paid campaigns, and track performance metrics.
- Conduct research on customer needs, industry trends, and competitors.
- Track and report on marketing KPIs, including web traffic, conversions, and campaign performance.

**What We’re Looking For**
- ** Experience**: 3-5 years in marketing, ideally in the B2B technology space.
- ** Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- ** Skills & Tools**: Proficiency with WordPress, **HubSpot**, Canva, Google Analytics, and Figma.
- ** Language**: Excellent, **highly proficient English** skills are required; fluency in Spanish or additional languages is a plus.
