**Key Responsibilities**:

- Business line financial reporting & oversight with an unbiased drive toward operational efficiency and process improvement.
- Responsibility for developing trend analysis, new reporting and reworking existing processes to add additional functionality and efficiency within the Financial Planning and Analysis Team.
- Monthly forecasting
- Translate and interpret key levers and KPIs to provide relevant and timely insights into market commercial performance. What is happening how and why - A true business performance Partner. In Year New Business & Total revenues
- Network effectively, using well developed interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with business function owners
- Support commercial/financial proposals using robust business case methodologies, embedding a culture of finance and being a trusted business partner

**Requirements**:

- University degree in Finance, Accounting or business-related discipline.
- 5 years related experience in Finance Industry. Experience in budgeting, planning, forecasting.
- Understanding of accounting standards
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of how business drivers and the decisions made are seen in the financial numbers.
- Advanced MS Excel required, knowledge of VBA and database query tools would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and creative, resourceful problem-solving skills.
- Highly motivated individual with professional demeanour required to work with all levels of the business.
- Ability to manage a time bound and varied workload while demonstrating strong attention to detail.
