Do you have strong communication skills (Romanian or Polish + medium level of English), and would you like to work in an international environment, providing assistance in your native language? Then this is your chance. Our client is the European leader in the sim card industry, and we are looking for enthusiasts to strengthen the Customer Service team in sunny Barcelona

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:

- Being in direct contact with existing and new clients via (video) calls, mail and chat
- Handling questions related to sim cards, activate sim cards and provide additional product information and information on processes

**Requirements**:

- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Medium level of English
- Client-oriented approach
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Team player
- Native level of either Romanian or Polish
- Medium level of English
- Experience in a customer service environment is a strong asset
