Within a cross-functional team you will explore and lead new insights, both machine as market-based, and develop new processes that can be used or developed to guarantee a better availability, performance, and lower cost of ownership on the active fleet of our customers. As an Uptime Center Engineer, you will work together with the different stakeholders to dispatch and loop back our needs and feedback to support development of new data insights and triggers which you will then monitor. You will report to the Program Leader Connectivity. You will consolidate and translate the operational request from our product managers, customer centers and technical support teams into business and technical requirements. Once developed you will then monitor fleet performance and behavior and follow up units which require attention with the necessary teams in the Customer Centers or technical support. **To succeed, you need** Even if you don't meet all the points, but are ready for a challenge, click on "Apply" anyway.
