DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Expert understanding of products with ability to demonstrate products and services
Positively impact sales through customer interactions, with consistent increase in conversion rates
Build meaningful connection and profile the customers assigned to improve quality data and segmentation
Research and identify leads to boost the sales on the specific region/territory
Work closely with the inside sales representatives to convert leads into opportunities
Achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided
Capture and report all relevant data
Provide a positive and memorable experience to each customer
Achieve and exceed KPIs set.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Previous experience in sales roles is mandatory
Good knowledge in IT and preferably storage environments
Native/fluent in Norwegian, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Excellent communication skills, with ability to emphasize and persuade
Comfortable communicating using various channels (primarily telephone)
Energetic and motivated self-starter, capable of achieving the targets set
Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision and in timely manner
Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
Strong sales & customer-oriented mindset.
