Service Coordinator

**Job Description Summary**: Responsible to execute the contract signed with the customer in terms of operations & maintenance, assigning field service team.

Responsible for managing and optimizing resources (personnel, tools, parts, technical support), to continuously improve Site/Area operations in terms of quality, cost and scalability in coordination with the Service Manager
- ** Resources dispatching**:
Resource planning and dispatching for work orders related to the different service demand streams

Manage staffing plan for hiring, replacements, and additional labor/contingent workers

Field Technicians Training Plan and qualification management

Field Technicians Time cards approver Owner of eServices, I.E.: task creation, dispatching, and debrief approval

Facilitate parts availability for operations and maintain inventory in systems

Tools availability for operations, including tools order and returning

Cranes coordination as required from cranes coordinators
- ** Continuous improvement of area operations**

Implement measures to reduce cost and to increase productivity

Adapt area operations to European Services operations standard

Technical issues ownership, escalation and follow up through Clarify

Technical support for commercial offer

Collaboration with other functions to improve processes.

Technical issues ownership that requires involving support departments.
- ** Responsibility for EHS performance of the area**:
Site Safety rules communication

EHS documentation for operations including customers & suppliers

EHS equipment provisioning and inspections

Support EHS site Audits
