Technology lover, hands-on person willing to work with different departments. The position is part of the Brand & Comms team depending on the Technology and People areas. **Your responsibilities**: - Assist in drafting and editing communication materials, including press releases, newsletters, blog, internal tools, and social media posts. - Work closely with the graphic designers and the CAM on a daily basis in the development of each communication material. - Conduct research to support communication campaigns and initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment. - Monitor and analyze communication metrics to evaluate campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. - Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in communication strategies. - Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated creativity and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Passion for continuous learning and professional growth. - "Doer" personality. - Spanish (native level) and English (C1-C2). **_We are engineering the future_
