Reporting to the Corporate Legal Director, and based in
**Madrid, **we are looking for a
**M&A Corporate Legal Counsel.**

The selected professional will be responsible for supporting all the M&A / Corporate Legal matters of X-ELIO’s business strategy.

**What will you do?**
- Provide legal support for M&A transactions, shareholders agreements, and joint ventures, including drafting, negotiation, and legal structuring of acquisitions.
- Ensure the company's compliance with contractual obligations in M&A transactions and provide legal support to other corporate departments in contract drafting and negotiations.
- Provide legal support in drafting and negotiating corporate financing agreements.
- Identify and recommend solutions for legal risks associated with the above activities, ensuring compliance with contractual and documental requirements and fulfillment of obligations.

**What do we need?**
- Bs. in Law
- Spanish and English fluency
- At least 8 years of experience in international Law Firm or international company, mainly M&A, financing, and international contracts in general in the renewable energy and/ or infrastructure sector.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics and honesty in all transactions.
- Internal client orientation.
- Ability to work in global and multicultural markets.
