We are looking for a person who wants to develop a career as a **Digital Project Manager Trainee**, learning with a multidisciplinary team how to manage and coordinate performance marketing and ecommerce digital marketing projects. You will work side by side with disciplines as diverse as Paid Media, SEO, Social Media, Web Analytics, UX and Marketing Intelligence, always surrounded by a team driven by innovation to make our clients fall in love with the full experience.
**Your impact**:
- You will provide support in the management of assigned accounts and projects, paying attention to the quality of the service, compliance with the delivery schedule and constant communication with the client.
- You will work together with the team of specialists involved in the management of each account, helping to make things happen through them, aligning strategies and giving coherence to projects.
- You will collaborate in the preparation of dashboards for the client and you will help in the detection of improvements and opportunities continuously, adding value to the projects.

**Requisitos**:

- A person passionate about the online sector who enjoys working in an agile and flexible environment. We especially value if you come from a startup or an agency.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- A data-savvy person who enjoys analyzing huge amounts of data. Excel will be your daily work tool. You need an advanced level (pivot tables).
- Leadership and service oriented with strong communication skills both written and verbal.
