Team members in this function will - Define management systems, frameworks, policies, instructions and guidance - Support effective governance and oversight of Security throughout the Group - Provide expert advice and guidance to leaders and practitioners at all levels - Perform short and long term interventions in AXA entities and functions to accelerate transformation. Job purpose Reporting to the Group Head of Security Advisory and Standards, this role is accountable for the leadership, development, and implementation of the strategic approach to AXA Information Security including governance and oversight of Information Security activity throughout the Group. The role is a key member of the Advisory and Standards team accountable for leadership of the Information Security Function with full responsibility for budgetary oversight and people management. The scope of work includes: - Providing expertise, advice and guidance to business leadership and colleagues on matters relating to Information Security - Protecting employees, customers, information assets and brand by - Influencing the business agenda - Embedding a security culture - Ensuring security "by design” - Protecting our information assets - Supporting the management of group level Information Security threats, incidents and crises - Educating and training our people - Designing and embedding Information Security requirements throughout the AXA Group - Driving simplification, innovation, and convergence of security - Defining and maintaining Information Security policies, instructions, and detailed guidance for AXA - Acting as the Expert leader to ensure that Group Information Security goals are met - Leading projects related to the development of the Information Security function - Contributing to information security good practice and support its adoption across the group Delivery is through direct engagement with geographical and functional leadership (CEOs, CIOs, Heads of Function) and the wider Information Security and Business community.
