**Marketing Director (Marbella)**

**Key Skills and Requirements**:

- Excellent people management skills
- Project management experience
- Mentoring, supervising and coordinating the marketing team
- Excellent leadership skills
- Good communicator and creative mind-set
- Strong data analytical skills, including the ability to analyse market trends and positioning of competitors
- Excellent level of English, both written and spoken
- Ability to commute to Marbella every day
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Marketing degree or qualification

**Responsibilities and Tasks**:

- Plan and execute the marketing strategy for the organisation for new and existing products or services
- Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy by the marketing team
- Develop and update brand strategy when required to keep up with new trends in the market
- Budget, forecast and manage marketing investments to achieve performance goals.
- Review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
- Guide the marketing team
- Provide the sales team with the necessary tools and materials so that they will be able to function effectively
- Manage and measure marketing campaigns, webpages and portals
- Report on the marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
- Present monthly marketing report to the management team
- Leverage the company’s database, infrastructure and other external data to increase leads, conversions and revenue.
- Identify new opportunities
- Negotiate with media agencies, marketing providers, portals, etc.

**Package**:
**- Spanish Contract
- Salary circa €30,000 per year, negotiable, depending on background and experience.
- Excellent work environment
- Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00 Monday - Friday
