Lead Porting Programmer

We are based in Madrid and have the option of working at the studio and/or remotely.

**Responsibilities**:

- Help create and structure the porting team formed by C++ Programmers and Artists, enhancing teamwork.
- Manage the porting team that will work collaboratively during the development process with the development team to prepare for the porting process.
- Lead the porting to different platforms (console and mobile) alongside QA and Technical Art teams.
- Implement best practices, workflows and production pipelines for C++/UE development.
- Manage optimization & profiling strategies (CPU and GPU) and build tools to automate them, in collaboration with a build engineer.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience working in C++ environments with Unreal Engine and at least 1 year managing a team.
- Experience working in porting projects, with at least 2 titles completed.
- Experience in compliance in some of the current consoles (Switch, Ps4/5, Xbox One, Xbox Series).
- Knowledge of general optimization, including GPU.
- Understanding modern development practices: TDD, integration testing and automated testing.
- Mobile porting experience on iOS and Android would be a plus.
