**Description**
**Purpose**:
The Brand Manager is the custodian of all aspects for the brand growth by designing, developing, and deploying an integrated multi-year integrated brand strategy.
He/ She initiates, formulates, and recommends the long-term brand strategies, the yearly brand planning and the marketing activity set for the assigned brands, in line with the global brand strategy, executing the plans after approval to realize the defined sales, growth and market share objectives of the respective brands, optimizing allocated financial resources.
**Duties / Responsibilities**
- Brand strategy: Initiates and formulates the short and long-term strategy for the assigned brands in collaboration with the Category Team Lead. In accordance with the international brand strategies and TB4L methodology, company guidelines and after approval executes the brand strategy to realize the growth and market share objectives for the assigned brands.
- Brand year plan & Budget planning: Develops and recommends the yearly brand review process, the budget planning and submission and translates the plan into an activity set, optimizing allocated financial resources.
- Market research: Analyses market research on a regular basis, executes consumer research, reports regularly on market developments, to achieve in-depth know-how about brand, competition, and consumer, ensuring up-to-date business intelligence.
- Marketing Communication activity set: Initiates and drives the priority process for ‘Above the line’ (TVC, digital, print), ‘Below the line’ and HCP communication for the assigned brands, in line with the brand year plan and BCC principles, in close co-operation with the Global Brand Leaders, HCP/Sales Management, Regulatory/Medical Managers, and ensures effective and efficient execution of the activities to achieve the planned competitive brand preference by its target consumers.
- Media planning: Initiates, formulates, and recommends the most effective media exposure at optimal conditions, in line with the brand year plan, company guidelines and campaign objectives, to realize the planned weight and impact of the message to the consumer. Close collaboration with Media Manager. Product development - Initiates, investigates, recommends opportunities for NPD, monitors the process and launches the products in order to maintain competitiveness and capture new growth opportunities.
- Customer Marketing: Supports the development of brand activities at customer level in close co-operation with trade marketing, sales Key Tasks: management, achieving the visibility and off-take objectives.
- To perform tasks that are related or functionally connected to the ones described herein, if the employee is adequately qualified and such tasks do not imply professional depreciation. Translate business growth goals to brand objectives & success KPIs.
- To fully comply with APIFARMA’s Ethics Code, as well as with Bayer’s Corporate Compliance policy.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- University graduate
- Fluent in Spanish & English required both written and spoken.
- Previous 2+ years in a field or Marketing position (preferred 3-5 yrs).
- Preferable experience within FMCG or OTC market.
- Computer MS Office proficiency.
- Deep experience in digital first end-to-end & integrated brand communication development process.
- Strong experience with full-funnel (integrated offline & online) campaign development, deployment, and optimization across paid, owned, and earned channels (incl. eCom). Good understating of Amazon content eco-system (e.g. PDP) will be a big plus.
- Good experience with leveraging Web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) for campaign development and deployment.
- Experience with leveraging data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, MS PowerBI etc.) for analysis & reporting.
- Strong experience with financial budget planning and management
