**For our office in Costa del Sol we are searching for new Experienced English-Speaking Real Estate Agents to join our team**
We provide our agents with the tools and support they need to succeed.
Our dedicated back-office team handles developments, legal matters, and administration, allowing our trained professional agents to focus on what they do best**:serving our clients.**

- Commission starts at **30%** — simple, transparent, and rewarding from day one.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Guide international clients through the home-buying process.
- Conduct **property tours (virtual & in-person).**:

- Negotiate deals & coordinate legal formalities.
- Stay informed on the Costa del Sol real estate market.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 1 year of real estate experience**, preferably in new build sales or experience in sales.
- **Native-level English proficiency**(Additional languages are a plus).
- **Driver’s license & access to a personal vehicle.**
