**Description**:
**Are you looking to take on a new challenge?**

Your future project, our client, is a new marketplace that connects buyers of car spare parts directly with the seller, to reduce waste and make the sector greener.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Log call details of the calls in our systems, solve problems, provide responses and escalate potential service issues when needed
- You will work on additional tasks required by management, connected to keeping up the service performance, quality and customer satisfaction
- Work together with Supervisors on specific projects where requested

**Hours and Benefits**:

- Hours: Monday - Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00- Salary: 18.500 euros gross/year and up to 1.200 euros gross/year in bonus
- Ongoing training
- Immediate start
- Holidays: 23 working days of paid annual leave (generated on the basis of the calendar year and in pro-portion to time worked)*

**We are looking for you that**:

- Are a native level speaker of French (min. C1 level) and have fluent English (spoken and written)
- Have previous experience in customer service and enjoys working in a customer service environment
- Has customer care skills - the ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need
- Have the ability to take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution, or to escalate call to resolution
- You enjoy communicating with customers while providing a solution to their request
- You are ready to bring all your motivation and positivism to the team- The period of holiday entitlement is fixed by mutual agreement between the company and the employee.
